It's been a while since I've done one of these posts! This is actually more like a "what I eat sporadically throughout the week", as it took me an excessively long time to get this post together because I kept forgetting to take pictures of my food. Nevertheless, the food shown in this post is representative of my normal meals and snacks. Whether this gives your food inspo or just makes you hungry, enjoy!
Disclaimer: I usually eat another snack during the afternoon as well as fruit after dinner, but again, I kept forgetting to take pics. I also drank water throughout the day (if you're reading this...this is your sign to hydrate).
8:00 AM: Breakfast
You've definitely seen this breakfast countless times on my page, but it's a classic avocado toast with a hard-boiled egg on top. The bread is half of an artisan roll from Costco, which is some of my favorite bread. On the side, strawberries!
12:00 PM: Lunch
For lunch I had pasta with meatballs, carrots, ham, celery, onions, and alfredo sauce. My family eats pasta maybe once every 1-2 weeks, and I always look forward to it. Can you tell I love carbs?
2:30 PM: Snack
Another super common snack of mine: yogurt, fruit, and granola. We usually don't have blueberries (or strawberries for that matter), but my parents just went grocery shopping, so our fridge was stocked with all kinds of delicious fruit. Yum.
6:00 PM: Dinner
At dinner, things get a bit more complicated so I'll go through it all. Each of us had a bowl of brown rice, and the big dish in the center has veggies (unsure what the English translation is lol) and meat (maybe beef? or pork? unsure). On the white plate is sauteed spinach, potatoes, and ham, and on the blue plate are just some beans. Finally, in the bowl are some clams, but I didn't eat those because clams and I are not on the best terms. Overall, super delicious.
Other snacks I usually eat because I kept forgetting to take pics of my afternoon and post-dinner snacks:
Peanut butter and bananas on toast
Bagel and cream cheese
Apples and peanut butter
Literally any kind of fruit
Those mixed nut + fruit packs from Costco
Cereal
