Book Quotes that Make Me Feel Forever Alone

This is another kind of rushed post because I want to space out my book recs but it's also still AP season and I'm busier than ever. Basically, I'm going to speedrun some of my favorite book quotes. I did this post before, but I left out all of the love-related ones, so now it's time to list out all the ones I didn't include in the original post. Be prepared to swoon because love in books > everything else.

"She smiled then, her cheeks red, her cheeks scattered with some kind of dust. It was a smile he thought he might die to earn again."

Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo

"The love that I wanted so desperately: this isn’t what I thought it would feel like. It’s made me dizzy and it’s grounded me. It’s made me laugh when nothing is funny. It shimmers and it sparks, but it can be comfortable, too, a sleepy smile and a soft touch and a quiet, steady breath. Of course this boy—my rival, my alarm clock, my unexpected ally—is at the center of it. And somehow, it’s even better than I imagined."

Today Tonight Tomorrow by Rachel Lynn Solomon

"You drive me insane June. You're the scariest, most clever, bravest person I know, and sometimes I can't catch my breath because I'm trying so hard to keep up. There will never be another like you. You realize that, don't you? Billions of people will come and go in this world, but there will never be another like you."

Champion by Marie Lu

"He needed to tell her...what? That she was lovely and brave and better than anything he deserved. That he was twisted, crooked, wrong, but not so broken that he couldn't pull himself together into some semblance of a man for her. That without meaning to, he'd begun to lean on her, to look for her, to need her near. He needed to thank her for his new hat."

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

"She'd laughed, and if he could have bottled the sound and gotten drunk on it every night, he would have. It terrified him."

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

"He knew of a person who would take her to the ends of the world, if only she would ask. He would take the stars from the sky and fashion them into a crown, if only she would have it."

We Free the Stars by Hafsah Faizal

"I wish I could live a thousand lives so I could fall in love with you a thousand times"

A Sky Beyond the Storm by Sabaa Tahir

"And he would tell her that, even after losing everything he'd ever wanted, he still desperately wanted her."

Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody

"I have been married seven times, and never once has it felt half as right as this. I think that loving you has been the truest thing about me."

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

"'You are', he says, 'the absolute worst idea I've ever had.'"

Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

"I always wanted to stumble into someone like you."

They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera
